We want you to be happy with your rental but we know that sometimes things go wrong.
We take customer service seriously and are committed to dealing with complaints quickly, fairly and thoroughly.
If you want to complain about a recent vehicle rental you can contact us in the following ways:

Lines are open 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
We aim to resolve complaints within:
- 10 working days for general rental queries
- 20 working days for rental queries that incurred a damage charge
We are a member of the European Car Rental Conciliation Service (ECRCS). The ECRCS independently reviews disputes at no additional cost to you. If you make a complaint and are unhappy with our final response you can ask us to refer your dispute to the ECRCS.
Please note: referrals must come directly from Budget Rent a Car, following our investigation of the original complaint. Leaseurope will not accept referrals directly from customers who have not gone through the full Budget escalation process.
